Why we built Crash Assist
Crash Assist is backed by over 20 years of experience in the smash repair industry. We created Crash Assist to provide drivers with a simpler, more supportive way to manage not-at-fault accidents from start to finish. Our role is to simplify the process after an accident by coordinating repairs, replacement vehicles (where eligible), and claim support through one dedicated team. Our focus is clear communication, professional service, and helping customers get back on the road with confidence.
Crash Assist is our answer: one Sydney team that runs the whole thing: the claim against the at-fault insurer, the replacement vehicle in your driveway, and the repair at our own repair facilities.
